Potluck #50: Global Nation

Potluck #51
smashed pinto beans recipe:
Ingredients:
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 (15-ounce) cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 to 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Preparation:
Sauté chopped onion in hot olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Add minced garlic, and sauté 1 minute. Stir in tomato sauce and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 8 minutes. Mash bean mixture with a potato masher until thickened, leaving some beanswhole. Enjoy!

week 10: #23 is this really the end? or just the beginning...
My favorite discovery was the zoho writer this program I know I will be using, its has affected me by just wanting to access more information through ebranch, overdrive so much some much information, things that I want to learn and read about. What I know for sure is that this is not the end but only the beginning.

I Created an account for myself in Zoho Writer; the availability to use of online productivity web-based applications these applications will provide users with the ability to create and share documents over the internet without the need of installed desktop applications and know I' ll be a great help for me.
